TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

[ I ] GENERAL TERMS

1. I have the right to decline commissions I do not feel comfortable with for any reason.2. I work on commissions from Monday to Friday. This does not include sick days and holidays. Rush orders can be an exception.3. I work on first come first serve basis. The completion time depends on the size of your order and your place in the queue.

[ II ] PAYMENT

1. I accept Paypal invoice or Wise payment in EUR only.
2. 5% Paypal fee is added to the total price. (if using PayPal)
3. Commissions must be paid in full upfront (bigger commissions might be split in half upon request).

[ III ] PROCESS

1. I start working on your commission once all previous orders are finished and the invoice is fully covered.2. My workflow contains of 3 stages - Sketch - Lineart/Flat color - Finished artwork.3. You can request revisions regarding every stage of the process. Once the stage is approved I move on to the next one and every revision of the previous stages might occur in additional charges.4. I will send an update of every stage of my workflow or when requested at any time.

[ IV ] USAGE POLICY

YOU CAN- Share the artwork (credit appreciated).
- Promote your brand with the artwork on social media.
- Make small edits (for example: color changes, transparency edit).YOU CAN NOT- Reproduce the artwork, sell physical or digital merchandise and products containing the artwork (unless agreed upon).
- Take credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Make major changes to the artwork.

[ V ] REFUNDS

100% refund - when the order is cancelled by me or by the client before any work is done.
50% refund - when the order is cancelled by the client after the sketch phase.
no refund - once the sketch is accepted by the client no refund will be provided.
